Chef Francesco De Furia hails from Tuscany & Napoli and has been overseeing the kitchens for year. Chef has quite an extensive background, having owned his own restaurant and catering company in Los Angeles, and has worked at Robert De Niro’s Ago in L.A. and opened Valentino at The Venetian along with the Wynn Las Vegas. Chef Specialty dishes include pappardelle sea bass, linguini with calms, penne shrimp in vodka sauce, & seafood fettuccini.
